Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator plays a key role in recruiting, training, and supporting the volunteers who help power DARCC’s crisis response and survivor services. This position ensures strong volunteer engagement, 24/7 coverage for crisis support, and a compassionate, client-centered experience across programs and community partnerships.
Outreach Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)
The Outreach Specialist helps expand DARCC’s visibility across Dallas by building community partnerships, leading outreach events, and sharing information about survivor support services. This bilingual role connects diverse communities to resources while advancing awareness, prevention, and access to care.
Survivor Advocate or Bilingual Survivor Advocate
Join Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center (DARCC) as a Survivor Advocate or Bilingual Survivor Advocate and play a vital role in supporting survivors of sexual assault and abuse. This full-time position provides crisis intervention, legal advocacy, case management, and survivor accompaniment while advancing DARCC’s survivor-centered, trauma-informed mission.
